Recorded in 1958 in New York according to the information on obi & the interview with the producer, Larry Elgart, in the booklet and this is the original released in Japan in 1987. The title on the front cover is "Early Hours" on this original release but the Japanese title on obi is "Body And Soul" in Japanese. Also about 2 of the track titles printed differently from those of the re-issues. On this release no credit on the musicians involved apart from "Produced & recorded by Larry Elgart"
